I arrived in Heathrow at 10:00. I no sooner got off the airplane and Jeannie called to tell me that they had gone on to the "Animal Reception Center". So off I went to get my luggage. After watching the luggage carousal, for 30 minuets, go around with the same 3 pieces for luggage, 6 of us went to report that our luggage was lost. I filled out the paper work and off I went to meet up with the team.
